If that feeling of, 'how will I ever be able to cope' is hounding you.  Or you have had a sudden or unexpected loss you are struggling with.  There are situations that bring us to these and other thoughts about how we are feeling about our lives. 

 

Through the therapy of counselling you can feel more like yourself again. I providing individual therapy for stress, anxiety, self-esteem, loss, abuse, equine confidence and bullying issues.  I can guide, mentor and coach, but mostly how this counselling works is through careful listening, bringing out the little things you say and working on them.  As well as the not so little things that your body may be screaming out at the time.

 

We often don’t realise the actions our bodies, faces, hands and eyes, even our breath take when we are reliving that memory as we start to talk about it.  You and your body will tell me so much and together we can work through that and we can also discover what is making you anxious or sad and help you nurture your emotional health.
