Grief and
Loss

Grief and Loss come at any time and often when we least expect it. 

 

Whether it's the loss of a loved one, the years to come, the adventures you could have shared or the loss of a job or future aspiration. 

 

Grief is associated with loss of many different kinds.  Experiencing this can become very overwhelming.   Your friends and family may tell you it’s time to move on and time you “just got over it”. 

 

This is your experience and your journey and you are an individual that needs to do what you need in your own life. 

 

If you are sad, empty, low and just can’t stop thinking about what could have, or might have been and long for help with your grief, counselling can help.
