Abuse & Addiction
Therapy

Are you, that other Person?

Did you feel you got lost in the family when everything was going wrong.  It’s time to let the therapy of counselling help you.  All so often this happens and you end up years down the track with that ‘gap’ in your life or that unforgettable feeling or sadness for a loved one that also experienced your pain.

Rather than take away from him/her by speaking up about your own experience you move on carrying your own ‘trauma scar’ from that family member that took so much from you all.

When there's a family member who takes drugs, drinks far too much or breaks the law, people all jump to action, but what happens to you?  Have you been abused and no one thought you needed help as ‘you were too young, you would forget it’.  Or that family member that was abusive and the direct victim got help but somehow you didn’t get the help you needed.

For the Mother, Father, Brothers and Sisters that lived this life there is a lot that happened that left you feeling hurt, alone or maybe to blame.

It’s never too late to nurture your emotional health.
